Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Saturday-Thursday), except UAE Public Holidays.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will call you to confirm your order ahead of processing the shipment. If we cannot reach you, your order will be cancelled. For credit card orders we may contact you to confirm the shipping address details.  After the order is confirmed, you will get a notification by email from us, followed by an SMS from the shipping provider, who will confirm the tracking number and the delivery time.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you an email with the courier and the related waybill. You can also track your order with the courier by logging onto their website or calling them and quoting your tracking number.

After the order is shipped, the courier can keep your order for a maximum of 14 days, and if we cannot get in touch with you after 14 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. In this case, since we incur a significant shipping cost, we may refuse future post-paid (COD) orders from you.

Our courier partners do their best to deliver within the time frames mentioned above. However, there are times when you may experience a short delay in receiving your shipment due to customs clearance or if they cannot reach you.

**Bulk Orders

At SIVVI, we welcome bulk orders from our shoppers; however, we are unable to offer free shipping. If you would like to place a bulk order, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@sivvi.com. and ask for a shipping cost quotation. Alternatively, if we receive a bulk order, we will email you back with the details of the shipping costs before processing your order.
